The drums and rhythm are cool, I'll give you that. But uh, everything else is just kind of random. I'll have to see if you have any more complete songs, because this definitely had a lot of cool bits and pieces in it.

ChandlerThompson responds:

I can see what you're saying, I'll definitely work on the cohesion for my next song!

I think there is too much going on, especially around 2:00. Putting in a glitchy-choppy section afterward doesn't exactly right the wrong, though it is a really cool bridge.

Now dis...dis is da bomb. xD I loved the intro. The bass in the beginning was a little too warm maybe. Your melodies are all pretty snazzy. loved 2:20.

Not sure why you sidechained the clap on the kick so much. It was pretty annoying in the intro. Your synths are all pretty cool though and your kick is nice n punchy.
I also like that legato lead that comes in a short way into the song. pretty catchy.

"Sort by name" option brought me here. LOL! I was laughing the whole time!
Also this is terrible btw

The below review is absolutely thorough! All I can say is, I love the staccato and glitchy bass!! I think the song sounds very well mastered. I think the kick sounds great--It is not too obtrusive, and yet it brings the thump!
I really love all the melodies and arpeggiating. Such a cool song!

Haha, funny--I should make this my ringtone! xD
It would be nice if you made it loop better, so there wasn't an awkward pause at the beginning

TastyTeo responds:

it is made to loop awesomely, newgrounds is slow that's all

The rap was pretty catchy, though personally not a fan. I would still be impressed if that was you rapping though xD The bassy synth you used throughout the entire song got a little old after a while. Overall, it sounded well mastered, though a little repetitive, and I think the rap was decent, even though I personally don't enjoy it as much
Nice work!

Shabadaman responds:

Thanks a lot man, it's really great to hear your feedback!

Man, it sounds like a start! The chord progression is great, but the guitar totally over-powers her voice. I think this is mostly a reflection on your recording equipment, though. If there is anything you can do to bring out her voice and make it less distorted and muffled, do it. Otherwise, get a new mic. :P
If you get the chance to work on this more, maybe make a piano intro and have the guitar come in later as a crescendo.
I would love to hear you improve and work with this style more! :D

Shabadaman responds:

We recorded it with an iPhone and I took the audio from there! Aha I'll try and work on getting the guitar to be quieter, maybe we'll record it again! We're going to be posting a remix very soon! :D

You have been busy while you were gone I can see--this is absolute creativity! I agree with a lot of what D-Chain said, but I'm not sure I would constrict yourself so much--I mean, this is pretty sick, even if it isn't conventional. I love it! Can't wait to hear more! :DD

Shabadaman responds:

Thanks dude! Be sure to see more stuff coming out soon!
