[Duet for Piano and Trombone]

What a lovely piece! The instrument levels, such as the trombone volume when it first entered, could be a little more balanced. I get the idea this wasn't really "mixed" though.
Like I said, the music in this is just nice! Did you write this?? If so, I have to say 5 stars on the composition! The trombonist was a little outta tune a couple times, but that gives it that raw feeling, and you can't help that a whole lot.
Recording quality aside this is an excellent performance!

Thanks! This is one of my original compositions. I recorded this at a live performance on my field recorder, so there were probably quite a few nerves involved.

a little too disorganized at 50.
Not a bad drop though. I think there should be an overall increase in connectedness in this song, but it seems you were going for a chaotic theme, perhaps...

I don't know...I was nodding my head for sure to this beat. for what it was, it was very calming and enjoyable. I think you could have added a melody though. You have a solid foundation to what could be a full blown song. Seriously, just reopen this thing, add a piano track, and see what you can do!

It's easy to be content when you've brought a work this far, but I encourage you to look at it as a task to keep the attention of your audience, and make sure you leave no stone unturned, and no measure too empty.

Your drums are super groovy man! I really love the precision and balance in that area. Your guitar melody is pretty sweet too, though not too spectacular.

The drums and rhythm are cool, I'll give you that. But uh, everything else is just kind of random. I'll have to see if you have any more complete songs, because this definitely had a lot of cool bits and pieces in it.

The rap was pretty catchy, though personally not a fan. I would still be impressed if that was you rapping though xD The bassy synth you used throughout the entire song got a little old after a while. Overall, it sounded well mastered, though a little repetitive, and I think the rap was decent, even though I personally don't enjoy it as much

Man, it sounds like a start! The chord progression is great, but the guitar totally over-powers her voice. I think this is mostly a reflection on your recording equipment, though. If there is anything you can do to bring out her voice and make it less distorted and muffled, do it. Otherwise, get a new mic. :P
If you get the chance to work on this more, maybe make a piano intro and have the guitar come in later as a crescendo.
I would love to hear you improve and work with this style more! :D

We recorded it with an iPhone and I took the audio from there! Aha I'll try and work on getting the guitar to be quieter, maybe we'll record it again! We're going to be posting a remix very soon! :D

I LOVED the intro man! Unfortunately, I didn't really like your drop sounds. They were much too high of a frequency for me to really enjoy. I must say that I liked your trance sound, and the heavy bass in the intro. Try some different sounds--you'll get there! You have so much potential. : )
